I include this link from Crooks and Liars not because I think the video is noteworthy. I post this link because of the picture of Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Michelle Malkin.

When I first looked at the picture, that little kid’s song started to play in my head:

One of these things is not like the other.
One of these things just doesn’t belong.

I hate to be the first kid on the block to rain on your parade, Michelle, but you are not white. I mean, you aren’t even part white. Now, being of mixed race myself, I’ve seen your type before. African Americans call them Uncle Tom’s or Aunt Jemima’s, and I’m sure other minorities have similar terms. Basically, these are people who are so anxious to be considered white, so anxious to curry favor with whites, that they sell themselves and their own people down the river.

Michelle, honey…You’re not white. You ain’t even close to being white. In fact, you’re darker than some African Americans I know. Limbaugh and Beck must be just rolling their eyes behind your back, wondering what the hell you think you’re doing.

Michelle, sweetie, you’re not one of them. You’ll never be accepted by them. To your face, they’ll smile and compliment you on your views and let you do their dirty work for them. But, behind your back, I guarantee you it’s a different story. Behind your back, I guarantee you you’re being referred to by racial slurs that would make a klansman proud.

How do I know this? Because I’ve been around awhile, and I’ve seen it in action time and again. I’ve heard those slurs used about me when my white “friends” thought I was out of earshot. I’ve heard those slurs used in reference to other minority friends I have.

The deal is: You’re trying to be a part of a club. It’s a whites only club called the GOP. But, the club you’re trying to be a part of doesn’t want any part of you. Your eyes are not round enough, your lips are too thick, and your skin is too dark. Period. Nothing is going to change that. You don’t belong. You don’t fit. You’re not one of them, and you never will be. If you want to run around and yell “the President’s a racist” at the top of your lungs so that Limbaugh and Beck and all the other GOPers will pat you on the head and feed you scraps from the table, that’s fine I guess.

But, I gotta say it one more time, Michelle.

You’re not white.
